The ChinSun OIP transformer bushing is composed of components such as terminal blocks, oil conservators (conservators), upper/lower porcelain bushings, flanges, and equalizing shields. The main insulation of the OIP transformer bushing is a cable paper wound capacitor core, with a metal foil laid in the middle as the main insulation capacitor screen. Install the capacitor core into the upper and lower porcelain bushings connected through flanges, install an oil conservator at the head, and install a lower-pressure equalizing ball at the tail. A mechanically fastened fully sealed structure is used, and transformer oil is injected under vacuum to form a complete bushing. Ensure that the internal insulation is not corroded by the external atmosphere and ensure that the bushing can operate reliably for a long time. The bushing size can be specially designed according to user requirements.
Main structure description:
1. Internal insulation main body: It adopts a wide-width paper roll formed by winding, with a compact structure that is not easy to slip off, maximizing the corona voltage and no partial discharge during operation.
2. External insulator: High-strength porcelain jacket insulation, porcelain jacket color is brown.
3. Oil conservator:
1) The oil conservator (conservator) at the head of the bushing is equipped with an oil level gauge, which can be used to detect the bushing oil level during operation. There are pointer-type and round glass-type oil level gauges.
2)Before installing the bushing, the oil level inside the bushing should be checked vertically. The oil level inside the bushing is displayed on the oil level gauge on the conservator (conservator), with "MAX" and "MIN" markings on the gauge, indicating the highest and lowest oil levels of the bushing, respectively. The normal oil level during use should be within the middle range. The oil level may vary slightly due to temperature changes. If the oil level is lower than the specified height, the oil should be replenished through the oil filling plug on the conservator. In principle, the insulation oil injected into the bushing should be the same grade as the insulation oil of the bushing body and meet the requirements of the bushing manufacturer; If the oil level is too high, an appropriate amount of transformer oil can be discharged from the oil extraction valve on the bushing flange. The usage method is detailed in the Oil Valve User Manual.
